Summit Technical Solutions (STS) is seeking a Entry/Mid-Level Security Specialist to provide support for the accomplishment of the USASMDC/ARSTRAT's execution of operational responsibilities for the Integrated and Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) training Mission.

The Security Specialist (Entry and Mid-Level) provides SCI security support. The security specialist shall have the knowledge to: support accreditation of SCIFs by preparing validation concept plans; developing preconstruction checklists and TEMPEST Addendums to the Fixed Facility Checklists; support SCIF accreditation requirements; prepare updates to Fixed Facility Checklist for submission to DIA; support operational requirements of SCIFs; develop SCI indoctrinations and debriefings;establish a continuing security awareness program;establish an annual SCI Security Education Program; provide training to Special Security Representatives.

Experience levels are generally expected to indicate from 0-5 years performing relevant tasks for “entry level” personnel, 5-12 years for “mid-level” personnel, and 12 years for “senior” personnel, but may vary based on company policies, types of jobs help, levels of responsibility exercised, and educations levels.

This position is posted in anticipation of contract award to STS.

Required Experience

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience is required; Master's degree is preferred.

  • 0-5 years' experience performing relevant tasks for “entry level” personnel, 5-12 years for “mid level” personnel.

  • Strong communication skills with all levels of management, including high level executives

  • Current Secret clearance
